He began his hospitality career at STR, a benchmarking company, where he gained a deep understanding of the hotel industry and the importance of making data-driven decisions.As an OUE Limited scholar, a real estate developer that owned and managed Mandarin Orchard Singapore, Nicholas gained in-depth experience in key aspects of hotel operations, including front office, F&B, and revenue management. He then progressed to overseeing end-to-end revenue management and distribution processes for the hotel during the COVID-19 pandemic.Nicholas also worked in the pre-opening commercial office to convert the property to Hilton Singapore Orchard, the flagship and largest Hilton property in APAC.
