Internal-external marketing, executive communications, organizational change management, intranet strategy, conference planning, multimedia production, vendor relations, brand strategy, graphics design- Led planning, marketing, and developed the brand for ICCON | infra cloud conference, Target’s first global technology conference; garnered 2,500 registrations from more than 30 countries, building a new talent pipeline- Blazed new trails and set a new foundation for Infrastructure & Operations division with an external marketing program that built up our Tech brand – further establishing Target as a leader in retail technology and innovation; showcased Target at world class events, including NRF's Big Show, GoogleNext and Gartner Symposium/ITxpo- Simplified and expanded external speaking and engagement for leaders and engineers, such as writing dozens of speeches and articles – including international-facing tech trends articles- Partnered with leadership across the organization and improved all major team engagement metrics by 5-17 pp (% point improvement) through various all-team activities and communications- Developed and executed Product Management model and marketing plan for I&O division; ultimately allowed organization to move faster and do continuous integration/development- Established "Celebrate Success" program -- multi-layered recognition (from leaders and peers) that increased team pride in work and ultimately a more engaged, motivated, happy team- Created SVP communication cadence, core vehicles and fostered new exec partnerships; clarified expectations from leader to team and set up for success new products, tools and ways of working – ultimately achieving faster team adoption; externally, it established a “seat at the table” for setting IT strategy at Target and gained alignment with business side by simplifying, clarifying voice of I&O to partners and customers
