I'm passionate about helping people find jobs. Next to being a doctor or a man of the cloth, how else could I impact someone's life as much as helping them get into a new position. I have carried that passion into a variety of industries and helped several organizations grow their talent acquisition team and processes into scale-able models while always maintaining a perspective on the candidate's experience. I was fortunate to start my recruiting career working for a Fortune 500 staffing company where I quickly learned to place a high regard on customer service not only for the hiring managers but also the candidates. I've been able to transfer this into several different industries; healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services.
