• Led the cultural transformation of the NFL through its most notorious episode of publicized violence to a more appropriate culture and created and installed frameworks for lasting change
• Led business transformation at Apple Retail, where we brought EVP Angela Ahrendts’ vision of “human responsibility” to life by creating the strategy for new store programming. As a result, Apple stores transitioned.
• Designed and co-led LRN’s internal business transformation following an incomplete M&A. Instilled LRN’s core values and updated organizational design, reconfigured sales, product, and support teams and increased.
• Stepped in as interim advisory lead for LRN’s 15+ person advisory practice during an internal leadership transition to create strategic alignment with the broader firm and stabilize the P&L

Washington D.C. Metro Area

• Led learning and development for critical platforms with 10K+ users, leading to one of the fastest user adoption rates across Palantir and the creation of internal “super-users” and evangelists, helping further expand.
• End-to-end big data software implementation – gathered customer business requirements, interfaced with multi-functional internal teams to customize products, installed products onsite and trained users.
• Advised Palantir on US migration patterns and policy to inform work with key government agencies on financial regimes, remittances and money laundering in Latin America.

• MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT ENGAGEMENT
• Led a data-driven approach (Citi-Stat) to local government management; uncovered a multi-million- dollar oversight, highlighted needed policy changes, and increased inter-departmental collaboration
