CurrentNick is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Next Generation Capital where he oversees daily operations including acquisition, construction and personnel. Next Generation Capital invests, co-invests, and operates in the residential real estate sectors of California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Florida. Their core competencies include acquisition, entitlement, land development, homebuilding, and opportunistic value-added acquisitions.During his tenure at Next Generation Capital, Nick has managed the acquisition, stabilization and disposition of over 800 homes in 5 states generating over $250,000,000 in revenue. Nearly 500 of those homes (and counting) are in the Sacramento Region. Nick also manages the company's residential development projects from feasibility through construction and sales. The current projects include 19 new homes in East Sacramento, 33 new homes in Downtown Sacramento, a 56 home community in South Sacramento and several other development projects that are currently being entitled in the region. Combined they have over 200 residential lots on the books in the greater Sacramento area.Previously, Nick was the California Division Manager for Vineyard Services, an affiliate of Next Generation and the VP of Construction for Syncon Homes. At Vineyard services Nick grew the Northern CA division from zero to nearly a million dollars a month in revenue in under a year. At Syncon Homes he managed the production home building and development operations as they built hundreds of homes in the Sacramento and Santa Barbara County regions.Nick has 19 years experience in the construction management, real-estate and development industries. Nick is a graduate from the University of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo where he majored in Industrial Technology.
