- Co-founded Tonic, a full-service insight agency, through the merger of Tuned In with a complementary research agency.- Managed the successful integration of the two agencies across sales, marketing, operations, finance and culture for a team of 40 across offices in London and New York.- Built the company for a planned exit, focusing on an attractive and scalable business model, solid client base and strong second-tier management team.
