In a rewarding career as a Naval Officer I’ve gained extensive experience in operations / project / risk management, and training delivery, in a variety of challenging roles / settings. Pragmatic, versatile and adaptable, I’ve grown demonstrably strong leadership, problem-solving, analytic, planning and communication skills.A comfortable leader and supportive follower, I’ve achieved biggest impact in assignments necessitating structured problem-solving, particularly when integrating aerospace / maritime surveillance, situational awareness, and data communication technologies. Assignments involving the development of people, and those delivering results through collaboration with other, multi-disciplined SMEs, have been especially rewarding.I am proud to have served in an organisation with important higher purpose, where human interaction and learning is every-day activity.
