I define resources, build and lead project teams, while communicating effectively with the Chief Executive Officer Bruce Marks and Chief Operating Officer, Detria Russell to ensure quality control and timely completion throughout each project's life cycle. As Project Manager, I collaborate with NACA staff, NACA members, vendors and consultants to manage outcomes for proposed solutions and resources to improve the overall performance and operations of the organization.
