Officiating flag football games for children ages 4-14.

While at Zooppa I have managed social media communications plans for Buick, the NCAA and Ultimate Software. I utilized Google Analytics to track progress on campaigns and created reports for clients.I also used social media listening tools including Techrigy to track trends and communicate with users. I also was given the opportunity to develop a go-to-market plan for a Facebook application for Zooppa.com which included analyzing internal and external factors to find the attractiveness of potential market entry Part of campaign management was utilizing content management systems including Hootsuite to manage messaging.

For the Seattle Seahawks 2010-2011 season I was a Brand Ambassador for the FanVision device. I distributed FanVision devices to specified ticket holders and practiced customer service for ticket holders who had any problems with the device. I also delivered devices to contest winners and selected fans for promotional purposes. Part of my job was to sell devices to fans on during games at Qwest Field and take care of any problems that arose pertaining to the FanVision device and related products.

I was part of a team working in conjunction with Mike Spring (Database Marketing & Research Coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks) on market research for the team. The purpose of the project was to develop a low cost method to gather customer satisfaction information from Seahawk fans while they are at Qwest Field on game day. We were able to create six usable surveys, each of which was developed to measure satisfaction with different factors of game day events including concessions, staff, level of energy and merchandise.

As an intramural sports supervisor my most important duty was to train intramural officials. I was also part of leading meetings for the intramural staff which included creating presentations for trainings. As a supervisor I was first aid and CPR certified so I was in charge of handling any injuries that would occur during competition. My position also required that I handle any conflicts between athletes, officials and fans during all intramural events.

I was an official for up to four sports per academic quarter including flag football, basketball, dodgeball and softball. As an official I worked games and also acted as a scorekeeper for specific sports. It was also my responsibility to handle student athletes as well as any conflicts that would arise from competitive college athletics.

At R&M Remodeling I worked on remodeling rooms in homes as well as remodeling entire homes. I completed tasks such as hanging drywall, replacing light and bathroom fixtures and turning garage space into living areas. I worked both indoors and outdoors on tasks from digging for pipes to designing and painting rooms.
