• Responsible for full life cycle recruitment process, understanding the requirement, sourcing the right candidate, technical interviews, negotiations, closing the deal and maintaining the relationship with clients and consultants.• Handling IT recruitment, Sourcing profiles from different search engines. Interviewing and qualifying before submitting to the client Candidate Recruitment.• Retrieve the candidates from various portals like Dice, Linked in, Corp-Corp, Monster and goggle groups.• Working closely with Independent Contractors (US Citizens, GC’s, Citizens) and Senior H1 Consultants and Responsible for timely and Complete On Boards, Work Orders for Consultants etc.,• Perform all recruiting functions needed to fill our clients open job positions.• Hiring consultants for short/long term projects on a corp-to-corp, 1099 or W2• Maintaining a good client relationship, vendor relationship and candidate relationship.• Maintaining databank of all the resumes i.e. platform wise, experience wise etc. Maintained and updated potential candidate/client database for current and future job opportunities.
