Synergy Fuels uses globally cited research and technology to turn waste heat into value in oil and gas, mining, aviation, defense, automotive, space travel, and manufacturing. Our universal power generation from waste heat was cited as "Best In The World New Energy Technology" by General Motors 2x in a row. Synergy solved issues in cost, scalability, reliability, and efficiency and is now going to market with mid-sized E&P's and mid-stream producers in Texas. I have spent the majority of my time with our mechanical and electrical engineers accelerating the fine-tuning of our technology and market penetration. I have worked directly with our executive team wearing multiple hats, and we are now on the precipice of launching our global-facing brand and technology to broader markets.

Thermogen Zero is the first ever modular, right-sized, and profitable Zero Methane oil production technology. Clients experience increased revenue, reductions in Capex, and are immune to methane fees and fines from the IRA starting January 2024. As Director of Brand Development at Thermogen Zero, I lead the branding and marketing initiatives, and leadership team in advancing our zero-methane emission initiatives in the oil and gas industry. My focus is on facilitating the implementation of innovative "Facilities as a Service" models, tailored for high-production wells, and enhancing our modular tank systems. I play a key role in strategizing for environmental compliance, optimizing operational efficiency, and assisting in the execution of our strategic vision.

Since I was in high school, I have trained 500+ hour years to achieve the goal of a spot on the best ski team in the country. The lessons and knowledge I've learned from this team thus far have been monumental in shaping who I am, what I value, and my work ethic. I have honed my leadership skills as well, which has been extremely helpful in running my startup business. I have been gifted the ability to train with some of the best skiers in the world, and this has transferred into my race results as well. Being part of winning the NCAA National Championship my freshman year is a day I will cherish and fortified my desire to win on skis and in life.

I created this startup due to a common problem that all high output athletes face: Caloric intake. I wanted to create a meal replacement bar, that can be used at any time of the day as a quality source of low glycemic nutrients. I have infused another version of the sports bar with the highest grade, third-party lab-tested, all-natural, full-spectrum CBD for fortified athletic recovery. Initially, the LLC was under Elevated Nutrition, but I decided to change my startup name to Mad Performance due to many other companies holding the name. I created the product recipe, designed a package and box that holds 10 bars on Adobe Illustrator, and sold the bars to 6 stores out of the 6 I pitched. Since changing the name I have taken a different creative approach to market the products. Now with a sales team, we are using guerilla marketing tactics and word of mouth to spread this new brand, still based in Aspen Colorado. I'm keeping up with demand while juggling training for the University of Denver Nordic ski team, and being a full-time student.

I trained for four years to become an ocean lifeguard on one of the most dangerous beaches on Long Island New York. During the training, I competed at the US Lifesaving Association National Championships, medaling in every event I registered for. Once a lifeguard, I was involved in 100+ ocean rescues over the course of three years maintaining a zero-fatality record. I learned how to perform under extremely stressful situations, lead by example when I was a junior lifeguard instructor, and create a safe and welcoming beach environment for the 200+ daily beachgoers.
