Lead, plan and execute agency events, local and overseas trip, conventions, on ground activities and strategies all events triggered initiatives/ contests for agency. Main liaison with internal and external organization on all on going initiatives and events, locally and globally. Prepare necessary documents to obtain quotations, internal reviews and tender approvals for vendors including travel agencies and event agencies. Keep track of event budgets and paymentsCoordinates the overall event program flow and management of committees, event agency, artistes and venue owners. Responsible for event budget management, approval papers and reporting to ensure prudent financial management and expense control.Measures and track performances of all agency events - identify key success metrics attendance and post mortem. Lead event tender processes and procurement of premium items Work with cross functional agency and marketing team in driving sales, recruitment, marketing and customer events. Develop event calendar and communication plans to promote the event triggered contest effectively and regularly as per schedule.
