I am currently an Additive Manufacturing Data Scientist at VulcanForms Inc. In 2020, I completed my Ph.D. studies in the Mechanical Engineering department at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which I joined in 2013 after completing my undergraduate studies in Materials Science and Engineering Mechanics at Johns Hopkins University. I spent my time at MIT with Professor John Hart investigating novel micro- and nano-scale manufacturing processes, including carbon nanotube and 2D materials synthesis, and 3D printing. My goal as a researcher has been to understand the physics that dominate these processes so that they can be reliably utilized in industrial-scale manufacturing.
