Founder of mixed-signal semiconductor company.Started the company and grew it to 17 design engineers including analog, DSP, software, and digital designers. I was responsible for all operational details of the company including financial, legal, personnel, CAD software/hardware, and facilities. I also negotiated key customer contracts and recruited.

Lead a group of eleven engineers designing DSP and data converter products for the wireless market.
