His broad experience also includes private equity fund formation, shareholder & partnership agreements, debt finance, commercial contracts and insolvency & restructuring. Nick’s focus in the last few years has been on medium and large size real estate transactions, working closely with clients to appreciate and influence the commercial drivers to each deal. His transactions include major acquisitions in the hospitality sector, including single asset, multi-jurisdictional portfolios and the complex leveraged arrangements, handling franchise and management agreements alongside corporate aspects. He was a Recommended Lawyer in the UK Legal 500 rankings in 2018, 2019 and 2020 for M&A, Venture Capital and Property Finance, and a Notable Practitioner in the International Financial Law Review 1000 in 2020 and 2021 for Private Equity, M&A and Real Estate.
