• Project: 443 Queen Street Brisbane Consisting of 264 apartments with gross revenue c. $375m.Key responsibilities:
• Management of builder liquidation and site handover process from receivers to developer (Cbus Property), including subcontractor negotiations and novation, liquidator management (Deloitte) and negotiations.
• Transition of site to new builder through onboarding and handover by driving document transmittals/control, RFI responses developing a “line-in-the-sand” strategy works carried out by the previous contractor and cost.
• Management of insurance works for flood damage during the 2022 Brisbane Floods, working with the builder for cost justifications and subcontractor equipment damage. Driving resolutions between insurance representatives.
• Assisting in contract set-up for recommencement of works onsite, comprisng of three contracts in total – Insurance Works, Early Works, and Main Works contracts
• Driving design workshops with consultants, builder, and client to resolve design issues, including façade clashes, RL inconstancies and defective works solutions

• PROJECT: Ardency Kennedy Place (AKP) consisting of 116 ILAs with gross revenue c. $162m, Gramercy Terraces (GT) consisting of 31 Freehold Townhouses with gross revenue c. $56mKey responsibilities included:
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including principal contractor, consultants and responsible authorities
• Preparation and development of detailed papers to internal management including CA reviews, Compass approval papers and PCG papers
• Assisting the development of detailed design with consultants including architect, structural engineer, town planning and internal company expertise
• Driving endorsement of Condition 1 Public Realm and Townhouses from the authority
• Co-ordinating redesign of internal courtyard for ILA building (Ardency Kennedy Place) to ensure EWP access without adverse outcomes for end-product/residents

• Assisting with successful development management of stage one construction during COVID-19 whilst Development Manager on leave
