NEMS Market Research provide market research services to many clients throughout the UK . My role as Junior Team Leader was to assist the office manager in the efficient running of a busy market research company and also to oversee a small team of staff in the execution of their telephone surveys in a target-based environment. Other duties included general administration, data entry and conducting telephone surveys.
