Working within the Apprenticeships and Employability team, I am responsible for managing a team of Account Managers who will be forging B2B relationships with large, small and medium sized employers to grow our client portfolio for our apprenticeships/skills and employability contracts (apprenticeships, job vacancies)I am responsible for managing a number of major employer accounts that expect the highest levels of services from Catch22 AE.The main duties of my role includeLead a team of Account Managers who will develop a suitable and sustainable pipeline of apprenticeship and employment/placements. As the Talent Resourcer it is my role to attract and recruit suitable apprenticeship, job candidates by conducting telephone and face to face interviews with our learners arranging employer interviews and providing feedback and IAG to the candidate.My role also includes delivering outreach marketing and promotional and recruitment events/activities with schools, community venues, Job Centre Plus, to improve the recruitment of learners in particular 16-18 year olds.

At Catch22 I manage and lead a business development team across Hampshire, Dorset and the Midlands to develop work opportunities for young people (16-24). This is primarily via apprenticeships which we ourselves deliver but also regular job vacancies.At Catch 22 we have a unique position of being able to deliver apprenticeships while also directly working with the young job seekers to ensure that they are ready and aware of what working life will entail. While we work with the young we also fund additional qualifications that will assist in their search for work in their desired job sector.

My job role includes contacting companies to discuss with them the benefits of taking apprentices into their business. I then advertise their vacancy and pre interview all candidates for that position forwarding the best candidates for the employer to select those to interview.My job roles also includes visiting schools and colleges to discuss apprenticeships with potential candidates.
