I'm a flexible, motivated, pro-active team-player, experienced Leader and people manager with 25 years experience in Clinical Research. I stepped away from clinical research to pursue opportunities with more face to face work.My recent roles have enhanced my people skills as a team member or leader and provided exposure to different work environments, learning techniques and styles as well as a good current understanding of education, health and social sectors in the UK. I have strong customer and external/internal stakeholder management experience including sales, project management, process development, troubleshooting, audit and change management. Excellent organizational and data analytical skills including gap and trend analysis.Currently seeking a full time hybrid role that utilises some or all of my skillsets and has elements of face to face teamwork.
