We provide added value for our clients.The built environment, is a rich tapestry of building blocks, brownfield sites and green space with complex programmes, and physical and legal constraints: boundaries, basements, party walls,different use classes sharing access, rights of light etc...Garnham Street is an example of a mixed use scheme with strong historic links to the local community, and an opportunity to deliver something viable and much needed. Giverny and Apertura(located on a World Heritage Site) are two recent examples of rural sites where the ecological constraints became vital drivers for the design.
