As a National Account Executive, I focused on providing valuable knowledge to my clients and presented the many risks associated with investor repurchases. My objective was to customize a solution that incorporated DataVerify's products and services into one simplified loan review process to streamline workflow, improve loan performance and mitigate risk.

As a Fraud Risk Manager with DataVerify, I was responsible for the design, development and testing of current and new fraud detection routines used by DataVerify and its flagship product DRIVE.

Audit and investigate foreclosed and defaulted mortgages to determine if fraud or underwriter misrepresentation occurred during the loan origination process. Analyzed real estate appraisals, broker price opinions and field reviews to identify collateral fraud and misrepresentation. Documented findings for litigation and repurchase.

Conducted post close audits to ensure underwriting guidelines were met for saleability and prepare reports to summarize audit findings. Additional responsibilities included fraud investigation, appraisal reviews and recommendation for the sale of foreclosed properties.
