CurrentMy initial role was to implement areas of the Group ERP system (IFS) and retire several Legacy systems.My key deliverables during the implementation were:Business Requirements AnalysisIdentify between the “Must Have” and the “Would Like to Have”Map As-Is processes to To-BeTranslate user requirements to technical documentationDevelop a Training Course and Competence Structure to meet the Business requirementsCreate Test PlansTest IFS and run UAT sessions with Key StakeholdersPropose and imbed changesIntroduce current and future improvementsDevelop IFS to fit the business mandatory requirementsAnalyse and cleanse thousands of records from the legacy systems before mapping the data for migrationAchieve User and Group buy inEncourage user interaction throughout the transition to IFS and ease the change to the BusinessCreate Training Course Material, User Guides and run Training SessionsManage the transition of the moveBridge the gap between the Business and ITMeet with key stakeholders regularly and facilitate workshopsI continue to manage and maintain the system, managing any upgrades/changes to it, train users, propose system changes to continue Business Improvement, meet with user groups and create technical documentation. In the last year, I have been out to Babcock Canada to train the end users and support their implementation.
