My name is Nick Ryngaert, and I have spent many years in various IT functions. Besides my initial personal interest that got me started I also graduated as a bachelor in IT.I evolved to a position where my skills as a mediator, and my wide knowledge (call it a helicopter view) of IT and various business environments, gave me the opportunities to improve my skills from a business point of view as well.I also had the opportunity to improve on operational-, project-, and financial level, as my responsibilities included all those things.My strength is to bring people from various departments together so their joined efforts can deliver the project results that make a company go forward. In case of IT related projects, my background can be of great value. But I do not want to narrow my working field to only that branch.Clear communication, documentation, and administration on all company levels is what I go for to ensure the requested results.What I do think is important in a company is their involvement in projects, and for them to know where they are heading.It is not only what you want to achieve, but who you achieve it with that gives you the drive to continue forward. So investing in people, using various technologies and making sure they have a balanced work/life environment gives the best results.
