My role encompasses the operational and contract management of critical services, including cleaning, waste management, hygiene, pest control, and trolley services.I prioritize balancing operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and financial sustainability to ensure optimal terminal presentation. Additionally, I oversee minor terminal repairs and maintenance whilst acting as a stakeholder in various terminal projects. I also co-manage the terminal works endorsement process, ensuring that all works and high risk activities within the terminal are properly mitigated to minimize impact to our passengers.
