Current-Lead or participate in ERP system implementation projects, including planning, customization, configuration, and testing.,-Ensure the security of ERP data and access, including user permissions, role-based access controls, and data encryption.-Plan and execute ERP system upgrades, ensuring that the system remains current and compatible with the latest technologies.-Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems, resulting in improved data quality and user satisfaction.-Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP configurations, processes, and customizations.-If required, lead ERP-related projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project timelines.,-Collaborate with ERP software vendors and third-party service providers to resolve issues, implement updates, and negotiate contracts-Maintain open communication with key stakeholders, such as department heads, executives, and IT teams, to understand their needs and address concerns.
