- Leads a highly cross-functional initiative of engineers, designers, analysts, data scientists, and other internal partners (20+ teams, 100+ partners/stakeholders) unlocking a 650MM yearly opportunity for Wayfair. - Manages two sprint teams of PMs and Engineers who’s scope includes core Wayfair infrastructure and tooling for maintaining product structure. - Establishes vision, strategy and product roadmap for a cross functional group of development teams across all platforms. - Creates a culture of regular self-reflection and two-way feedback within my team and direct stakeholder group; shares feedback with key collaborators (e.g., direct reports, engineers, stakeholders, other PMs) that is well-received and leads to improved performance or working norms. - Facilitates setting of ambitious goals across their team and partners; rallies others to buy-in to a shared vision of success and work towards it with a healthy sense of urgency and shared ownership. - Uses objective decision making frameworks with well-defined criteria for deciding among a number of valid options, helping to structure ambiguity and complexity into clear paths to decision making and forward progress.

- Responsible for a 20 person combined Product and Engineering org for Etix's platform- Communicate the strategic direction of the company, business objectives, and priorities to all stakeholders along with the tactical methods for success- Ensure the Product Development process is deployed, standardized, and continuously improvedMaintain current awareness of competitor product offerings including product design trends in both the US and foreign markets- Analyzing product performance, creating feedback loops, and making recommendations for changes to existing products and identifying opportunities for new products- People Development / Management- Manage cross functional project teams utilized for major product initiatives- Recruiting new talent to our team and effectively retaining existing talent- Fostering an environment in which individuals and teams are empowered and remain excited, motivated, and satisfied- Leading and contributing to technical strategic planning, refinement, and execution

- Preparing and holding board meetings, investment pitching, budgeting, and interviewing for press.- Evaluating customer feedback, client relations, championing product vision, determining product direction based on data analysis, strategic positioning through competitive landscape research, and product backlog maintenance and prioritization.- Testing sales channels, conducting market research, social media marketing, and email marketing.

- Launched shortly after graduating high school and quickly grew from removing viruses to managing SMB internal networks & providing technical consulting.- Provide augmented IT support through designing and implementing business networks, network issue diagnosis, and providing technical customer support.- Interviewing client internal personnel to determine business opportunities then identify technology solutions & define implementation strategy.
