• Responsible for management of all aspects of the Mobile category for the Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, Eurobest and Dubai Lynx creative advertising festivals and awards.• Managed a small team, including recruitment, training, coordinating and providing support in an extremely high-pressure environment.• Approved every submission to assess eligibility, co-ordinated materials, and acquired extensive knowledge of current marketing trends including the use of digital, social, mobile and integrated media.• Maintained and developed relationships with key creative and digital and mobile agencies, liaised with international clients, and updated the categories to reflect changes in the industry.• Co-launched the Mobile category which included extensive research and collaboration with leading advertising industry figures and stakeholders. Went on to manage it for the next two years, making it the fastest growing category in that time.• Extensive marketing activities to attract and retain new customers, contributing to a hugely successful first year.• Managed the specialist jury in Cannes, comprised of global CEO's and experts in mobile communications from leading advertising and media agencies, and facilitated the judging process on-site.• Sourcing, preparation and presentation of mobile, digital and wearable equipment and tech for the jury.• Production responsibilities included delivering content for awards shows, and preparation of entry media to produce the winners collection, online archive and other post-festival presentations.

Gradually I moved from settlements to client services and resolved trade disagreements between clients and traders as well as chasing long overdue fees. Moving from settlements to client services afforded me the vantage point from which to identify faulty and superfluous procedures within back office functions which were modified thanks to my analysis and recommendations – many of these changes became commonly accepted procedures. Along with these analyses I was charged with documenting the changes and improved processes and communicating these to management, the client services team and back office.
