Inspection Générale carries out strategic audit and consultancy assignments with exposure to the top management of the Bank (C-level). The main mission is to evaluate all types of risks and provide the General Management with business-oriented analysis.✔ Creation and management of team performing internal audit and consulting assignments (focus on cybersecurity, technology risk and technical topics)✔ Deep understanding of the regulatory framework in place for investment banking activities (MAS, HKMA, CBIRC, etc.)✔ In collaboration with the Independent Consultant from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, management of the governance work stream for Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) review✔ Involved in the Model community of the department (e.g. Machine Learning, RPA)

Inspection Générale carries out strategic audit and consultancy assignments all over the world (over 50% of the time being abroad), with exposure to the top management of the Bank. The main mission is to evaluate all types of risks and provide the General Management with business-oriented analysis: strategy, governance, profitability, cybersecurity, RPA, human resources, etc. Its scope encompasses all corporate and investment banking activities. ✔ Managed assignments (up to ten people, both generalists and IT specialists) all over the world with direct exposure to the top management (C-level) ✔ Deep understanding of the regulatory framework in place for investment banking activities (MAS, HKMA, DFS, ECB) ✔ Participation in the design of the audit plan for the third line of defence of the Bank ✔ Involved in the Business & Strategy knowledge community of the department ✔ Jury member for the recruitment of new staffList of assigments managed: ✔ Robotic Process Automation (RPA) – based in Paris and Hong Kong; ✔ Risks and cybersecurity governance – based in Paris, New York, Singapore and Hong Kong; ✔ Asia-Pacific transversal topics – based in Singapore.

Consultant and Auditor at Ernst & Young Advisory within both “Strategy” and “IT Risk Assurance” service lines:✔ Financial modeling;✔ Business proposals;✔ Re-engineering of key business processes; ✔ External audit for CAC 40-listed companies, including IT risk assessments and general controls.
