As SaaSForce channel Manager I was responsable for making sure every renewal has been made by the customers. In search of new resellers I'm exploring the country as well. Presenting the products from the SaaSForce product portfolio to small or larger groups is what I enjoy a lot in performing my job. McAfee SaaS, Nomadesk,MyDigipass.com and Meraki up front. To make sure the customer knows who I am and what I can do for him, I find personal contact important. If not most important this job. Delivering good, fast and on-demand service is one of the things my customers remember me by. In combination with my enthusiasm and energy of course.

Graphic design for internal and external communication.

My job was to make sure every renewal got ordered at the right time. And do a lot of cross selling through the Secutec portfolio. McAfee Enterprise to SaaS, Barracuda products and Juniper. Follow up was crucial here. Maintaining a good, casual yet professional contact with all customers was one of the prime aspects I found very important to get the job done right! Therefore personal face-2-face contact was very much in place. So meetings on site were also part of my job description. Loved this job a lot!
