Setting up and managing the Digital Development team (part of the Digital Solutions department) to support a transition from fully outsourced software development to a hybrid model. In my role, I manage both internal and external employees (15+) in different roles working (mostly) on customer-facing web applications built on Angular. During this period I have been involved as a business analyst in the development of two new front-end web applications. The boels.com website and the my.boels.com self-service portal.As a business analyst my main focus was to support the product owner during requirements gathering and making sure that those requirements were understood by the developers and testers. I did this by making sure we as a scrum team understood the problem/question of our stakeholders as well as possible.
