• Management of the HR function in terms of policies, contracts, employee relations, monthly payroll and training and development
• Involvement in all administrative tasks within the Company and reconciliation of monthly accounts
• Involvement in accounts and both Sales and Purchase Ledger
• Providing advice to customers and dealing with enquiries by using technical breakdowns and liaising with manufacturers
• Stock control and ordering

• Management of the Human Resource and Training function across the Lincoln site (approximately 300 employees)
• Management of a team of three Human Resource personnel
• Attendance at weekly Operations Meetings
• Management of KPI targets
• Management of the recruitment process
