This is a new role for CIA following the STANLEY acquisition in 2017. I manage all aspects of key accounts Nationwide on a daily basis.With well over fifty thousand installations, Christie Intruder Alarms Ltd (CIA) is the South Coast’s leading security company. This was a new role for CIA which I worked hard on for many years to streamline processes and make efficiencies within the department. During this period I managed sales administration, contract retention, marketing, installation admin and service administration teams.

I started with First Wessex as a customer advisor due to previous redundancy upon B&Q disbanding the ISC in Segensworth in 2008. During my time at First Wessex I was promoted to planner within 6 months, coordinating planned and reactive work for the M&E department. I was then promoted to Admin Team Leader and held this role for most of my time with First Wessex managing a team of 13 staff dealing with all administration for all areas of the business. I worked in the installation service centre located in Segensworth project managing kitchen and bathroom fits from order processing through to remedial works to ensure successful completion of each project. During my time here I worked in the customer relations department as well as being promoted to supervisor and covering duty manager roles in times of absence.
