During my rich 20+ years of professional dental industry experience, I have gained a broad range of knowledge, skills, and experience that have enabled me to progress to my current position.I am currently employed as a Multi-Site Practice Manager in a privately owned group of four dental practices in London. Examples of my top career achievements include serving as a Multi-site Practice Manager for successful dental practices for 12+ years, guiding and managing 27+ staff members across cross-functional teams, managing the company’s internal human resource processes from inception to completion, being head hunted for my first dual site practice manager position in 2011 as a direct result of my work implementing policy and procedural changes in line with new regulatory changes as part of my extended role as a Dental Nurse, and facilitating 12+ years of continuous regulatory inspection passes through risk mitigation and excellent standards.To supplement my professional career, I possess key personal skills including communication, problem-solving, decision-making and effective time-management skills.
