At Avert, I single-handedly managed all of the digital marketing, including the social media channels; CRM system and email communications; SEO; AdWords and digital advertising; and all campaigns/ promotional activities.

At Sussex, I was responsible for implementing and assisting in the strategic marketing plans for various different academic schools, including Life Sciences, Maths and Physical Sciences, Media, Film and Music, and Engineering and Informatics.I worked on setting up the CRM system at Sussex and during the initial years of its implementation, I was responsible for creating all of the email communications with applicants, along with managing this vast database.I also managed the University's social media channels before this was made into a separate full-time role, communicating with applicants, which included running the channels during recruitment events.

As the University's only Enquiries Coordinator, I answered all pre-application enquiries from potential undergraduate and postgraduate students around the world.
