Conducted market research and competitive analyses for clients, pitched content creation for local businesses, managed work progress with account teams, assisted in creative workflow for clients, wrote press releases, performed social media audits, and created media lists.

Managed multiple public relations projects and five employees on account team for a large nonprofit health organization, the North Carolina Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (NCAFCC), that serves the uninsured and underinsured in NC through its 67 free health clinics. As team leader for this student-run agency practicum, I collaborated with the client and agency teams to create innovative PR solutions for the client: Generated awareness and enhanced the perception of its free health clinics by designing and producing brochures, posters, flyers, PSAs, social media and website copy, and analyzing and advising on the client's website and social media content. As the primary contact with the NCAFCC director, I successfully retained the account through professional, thorough and timely communications. To ensure a seamless transition for our clients when new teams join the accounts, I successfully pitched solutions to the agency director that ultimately enhanced the agency's data retention, by establishing an agency cloud server and a SOP for maintaining clients' communications and deliverables.
