• Support the capital borrowing process for corporate clients and execute strategic and capital markets transactions by obtaining credit approvals and monitoring transaction performance in coordination with risk and business officers.• Led client coverage efforts for local corporate clients in the Oil & Gas and Retail segments and develop relationships with product areas to secure future growth through cross-selling strategies in line with clients needs. • Conduct the drafting, scheduling, and negotiation of loans and derivatives transactions in the due diligence and closing process.

Provide data-driven guidance to the business head in the strategy deployment and decision-making process according to current financial indicators and proposed KPI’s on trends and market behavior.

• Get involved in performance improvement projects for clients, with solutions focused on achieving a sustainable change in operational, financial and strategic functions of the involved business areas. • Participate in offered trainings regarding internal methodologies and current trends (Design Thinking, Storytelling, Quality Assurance, Analytics, etc) to later assist team members in creating high value deliverables.

• Solve students doubts and questions about economics and finance and supported them in learning how to use Bloomberg platform for different purposes.

• Provide support in migration procedures of financial derivatives (Forwards, Options, swaps) and credit reports to Costa Rica by training foreign team members and tracking their evolution in terms of goals achievement.
