As tournament manager my scope of work is to help with the planning of events oronline tournaments, and to help prepare and keep documents, schedules up to date ina consistent and timely fashion.As an operational role im usually the reference point for the admin team, acting as leador co-lead during events or online tournaments guiding them to achieve great teamwork to deliver a great result in the end.Since 2017 I have been working on many events and online products that brought me to travel worldwide including, North America, Asia, South America and across Europe.Most notable projects I have been working on:WarCraft III - ESL Pro Tour - DreamHack OpenStarCraft II - ESL Pro Tour - Intel Extreme Masters, DreamHack MastersPUBG - Intel Extreme MastersDota 2 - ESL OneRainbow Six - Pro League and Major events

As contractor for Progaming Italia (ESL Italy), my main roles were to assist the productionduring the broadcast of events, editing live graphics and to assist the producer in the daily tasks.

Copa America was the official Blizzard licensed program for Latin America that includedStarCraft II, World of WarCraft, Heroes of the Storm and Hearthstone tournaments where players could participate and try their best to qualify and represent their region into the Blizzard Entertainment eco-system such as World Championship Series and more.My main responsabilities were to organize all the tournament aspects for the entireCopa America franchise according to Blizzard Entertainment guidelines and expectations.Including:Lead and support the tournament management team, prize pool distribution, tournament formats, tournament operations, players contact management and to provide theneeded documentation such as reports regarding the on-going tournaments.

Vasacast, the biggest StarCraft II community in Italy. Organizing events both in Italy and abroad. My main roles were public relations with the partners and stakeholders involved and the management of the tournaments and the players.
