𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲⁣I developed an innovation culture program that fostered change management and the materialization of projects. I created motivational tools such as:⁣- 𝙄𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩⁣A reward system where collaborators earned stamps representing their innovation journey.⁣- 𝙄𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙚⁣Informal meetings between leaders and teams to brainstorm solutions in a collaborative environment.⁣- 𝙄𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙧⁣Periodic evaluations of innovation in each area, generating specific plans to enhance creativity and performance.⁣⁣𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁⁣Following an assessment of the benefits of innovation projects at the Innovation Board, the commitment of collaborators was recognized, motivating continued transformation of the corporate group through the Innovar Awards.⁣⁣𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗼𝘄-𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀⁣I implemented automation and internal applications using Office 365, promoting Low-Code tools that optimized processes in operations and customer service.⁣⁣𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻⁣I developed strategies to launch new developments and cultural activities, ensuring communication of innovation achievements.⁣⁣𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽𝘀⁣I facilitated the adoption of new technologies by connecting with startups.⁣⁣𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹⁣I replaced the call-for-proposals model with a supportive approach from the Innovation department, allowing collaborators to develop projects autonomously.⁣⁣𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝘀⁣I led training sessions and workshops where collaborators lost their fear of innovating and evaluating creative concepts.

𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺⁣I obtained the certification of the Innovation Management System from ICONTEC, meeting 100% of the NTC 5801 standards, which strengthened the innovation structure and granted official recognition.⁣⁣𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀⁣I ensured compliance with the objectives of the Innovation Management System by leading programs such as:⁣- 𝘊𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘢 𝘐𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘴 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮⁣A framework for collecting and developing innovative ideas.⁣- Innovation School Program⁣Training to foster a culture of innovation and creativity.⁣⁣𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴⁣I collaborated with the General Manager in implementing strategic planning tools through the Mega Companies Trajectory program, coordinating five key modules on strategy, change leadership, and sustainability.⁣⁣𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲⁣I participated in on-site projects, clarifying innovation concepts, highlighting tangible benefits, and rewarding collaborators for their contributions.⁣⁣𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘃𝘀. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁⁣I developed training sessions that differentiated between innovation and continuous improvement, allowing teams to identify new opportunities to create added value.⁣⁣𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀⁣I coordinated innovation challenges that improved operational efficiency, generating new solutions and encouraging employee participation, rewarding the most outstanding projects.

This proactive management resulted in smooth execution and maximization of the contract's profit.𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝗨𝗽I closely collaborated with the partner company's team, maintaining constant communication to ensure alignment of objectives and transparency in project progress. This collaboration facilitated early identification of problems and the implementation of appropriate solutions.𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽I developed a strong relationship with the client, acting as the main point of contact. I listened to their concerns and provided regular updates on the project's progress, which increased client trust and satisfaction, fostering a collaborative work environment.

This included reviewing reports and coordinating project cutoffs. We improved efficiency through clear communication and the digitalization of processes, obtaining timely financial reports.⁣⁣Management in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)⁣I collaborated with the OSH leader to meet the standards of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST). We implemented safety controls and supervised pre-operational inspections for high-risk equipment, significantly reducing incidents.⁣⁣𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁⁣I led personnel management concerning payments, benefits, medical exams, and settlements. I supervised the delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and social security affiliations, increasing efficiency and job satisfaction.⁣⁣𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱-𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀⁣I managed the hiring and coordination of suppliers for transportation and delivery of materials, optimizing delivery times and reducing costs, ensuring that supplies arrived on time to the projects and avoiding delays in schedules.⁣⁣𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁⁣I implemented innovation strategies through the digitalization of processes to enhance efficiency in project management.
