I worked with the IT team to implement process and system changes to enhance the group's business information systems and orchestrated the development of customized applications to improve the response time to special initiatives. I refined the CRM Marketing Planning Hierarchy at the worldwide level, thereby providing greater transparency to the business planning and budgeting processes, as well as enhancing cross-sectional analysis. Also, I developed and launched a new marketing planning tool for the business unit. As a result, forecast accuracy improved 8% in just the first year of implementation. Post-implementation survey results revealed the tool also solidified the interlocking collaborative process between the Global Marketing and Field Marketing teams.
