• Managed the space electronics engineering and manufacturing activities, mainly motor controllers: moto-pump controller and thrust vector actuator controller up to 20kW. Main applications: heavy space launchers, micro.
• Realized the products architectures: fault tolerant, radiation tolerant. Motor drives and controllers.
• Developed the aerospace business unit (resources, suppliers, knowledge) from scratch up to a staff of 15 engineers.
• Led the change to an aerospace quality management system (organization, systems, standards & procedures). Achieved the EN9100 aerospace supplier certification after only 3 years.
• Developed collaboration with CNRS, DGA, university labs (SATIE ENS Saclay, GREEN,...), industrial clusters (SAFE).

• Managed the Europe & Africa supply chain functions and shared services (2,000 employees)
• Launched the global distribution transformation.

• Managed a technology center and manufacturing plant with both R&D and manufacturing activities for the defense industry and the energy industry: gamma ray/neutron detectors, miniature neutron generators and their.
• Managed the manufacturing P&L ($40M), the R&D budget ($10M per year) and 200 employees.
• Launched new technology projects and improved the manufacturing infrastructure.

• Realized the architecture and managed the development of several high reliability electromechanical systems (MLWD) and electrical platforms with high temperature motor controllers, alternators, power supplies… working.
• Managed multidisciplinary teams (electrical, software, mechanical) composed of 15 team members and $4M/year budget.

Hannover (Germany), Oslo (Norway), Houston (Texas)

• Developed electronics for high temperature (+150 degree Celsius) and high vibration downhole environments:
• Developed the modems for an experimental wired drill pipe telemetry system.
• Developed a low power motor controller.
• Supervised the development and manufacturing of a flyback power supply.
• Developed a 50-micro-second accuracy network synchronization controller in an FPGA.
• Received the 2002 Harts Meritorious Award for Engineering Innovation and 7 patents.
