- Responsible for planning the development of a Vehicle project (Peugeot 508), reporting to the Project Executive.- Project management : coordination of cross functionnal partners (design, marketing, after-sale, plant, ...)- In charge of the prototype organization (budget, scheduling, delivery)Achievements:- Organization of the assembly of the first prototype (60 suppliers invited over 3 weeks )- Time delivery respected : 5,000 vehicles shipped to date in Europe- Prototype budget optimized (-2M€)

- Responsible for steering and scheduling all the evolutions of a family vehicle (technical, marketing, process, ...) during its serial life.- In charge of driving a new scheduling process of the evolutions (restricted to 3 “windows” / year)- Team management (6 project managers)

- Responsible for coordinating the activities (engineering, cost, quality, after sale, industrial, ....) necessary to launch major evolutions in the serial life of a vehicle family (Peugeot 407 & Citroen C5)- Reporting with milestones from the kick off meeting to the industrial launch.

- Reliability studies on electrical architectures- Monitoring customer defaults on beams & Connectors , reporting to suppliers
