Established documentation, processes, pitch decks, and all materials needed to sell and execute projects. My manager and I built the team from scratch, which is now one of the biggest practices, and still expected to have the highest growth of all - Services are structured in 4 sub-practices (Risk, Operations, Technology and Data). Led significant marquee projects to validate VMS. Surpassed revenue expectations and became a top revenue driver moving forward.
