UNSW Information Systems Co-op placementBox of Books is a digital disruptor in the edutech space that delivers digital resources and provisions publisher interactive accounts to keep leading schools at the forefront of digital learning. As a Customer Success Officer, I was responsible for: • Delivering customer support to platform users (schools, students, teachers and parents), ensuring users were able to achieve their goals and maximise platform value • Liaising with major publishing houses (including Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, Jacaranda) to ensure timely provisioning of digital resources to 80+ schools
