Nicole has doubled Priority One’s dealer base, spearheaded two new divisions, launched a loyalty program, led a major rebrand, and initiated changes to help family-run dealer partners succeed. Priority One Financial Services is a division of Forest River manufacturing, and handles recreational and equipment financing for dealerships across the country.Recently, with Nicole’s leadership, Priority One installed new financing technology in dealer showrooms that streamlines the buying experience and increases the likelihood of customers picking up the unit by nearly 30%. Initiated partnerships with several industry leaders to improve finance communication between dealer partners. Her energy, motivational skills and leadership abilities drive her team to achieve success. Nicole is a Florida State University graduate, with degrees in Business and Marketing. Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys the theater and spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also sits on the board of local nonprofits in the Tampa Bay area.
