Nicole Austin is the Program Manager for the Talent & Diversity Institutional Clients Group (ICG). In her role, Nicole promotes the development of systematic approaches to help retain and attract high-performing minority talent. She works as a Program Manager for the ICG Diversity Leadership Program, an elite development program for women, LGBTQIA+, Black, Asian, and Hispanic talent. Nicole collaborates with key stakeholders across all lines of business as program manager lead for nominations across the ICG. Nicole has a deep commitment to building talent and fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.Prior to Citi, Nicole was a Business Analyst and Project Manager and also spent some time in the information Technology space. In these roles, she successfully resolved project issues, created opportunities and solutions that advanced the company, analyzed, and reported different business trend, and was often recognized for fostering a welcoming environment across the company.Before joining Citi, Nicole was introduced to the company through an internship program that matched minority youth with work-study positions. Wanting to pay forward her experiences that Citi offered, she found herself implementing strategies that would help minority individuals through advocacy, mentoring, and community building. She also works as a Program Manager for the New York Cristo Rey Corporate Work-study Program; to give High School students similar opportunities she was once able to leverage.Nicole received her Associates degree in Business Management and her Bachelor’s degree Human Resource Management. She also continued her studies and received a Business Analysis certification from the University of Villanova. Nicole currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and their two children.
