At Atos, I aided in the recruitment process for the company including scheduling interviews, sourcing, launching assessments, background checks, drug tests, adding New Hires to ADP, and co-running new hire training. While running new hire training, a project I worked on was improving new hire training by getting feedback from the new hires and implementing change by talking with the managers and supervisors from all departments in the company. Another project I have worked on is going through all the of current and past I9 forms from the last 3 years and making sure everything is in order as we transition to the ADP online I9 process. I have also audited all New Hire documents from the past year and added them to the employee records.

Being a building Supervisor at the Marquette University Recreational Sports entails monitoring the Service Staff to make sure they are doing their job properly and teaching the new service staff the responsibilities of the job. A Building Supervisor manages any issues that come up on the job and attends to patrons that are in need of medical help or any other issues that arise. This job teaches someone to be a leader and how to handle difficult situations that can arise with the patrons.

The Vice President is in charge of signing up for court times, talking to interested participants, running practices, and making sure the club is following all the rules of club sports. I make new members feel welcome and make sure everything is running smoothly. I help out the President with any tasks that I am asked to do. I make sure to delegate tasks to the other Executive Board members and help them with anything they have questions on.

My job consists of helping the Executive Board with various responsibilities throughout the club. I took a group of members to Purdue University to play in a tournament there and was the team captain for the weekend. I designed the club tennis T-shirts for the fall 2019 semester and help run practice every week. The Board meets every other week to discuss various items for the future of Club Tennis.

The Therapeutic Recreation Program was a summer camp for disabled children from the ages of 5-14. My job included watching over the children to ensure their safety, complete daily activities with the children, and make sure every child pushed themselves to the best of their ability. Every day, the children would participate in art, cooking, daily living skills, science, and reading activities. I helped the children in their various activities when needed and tried to ensure a fun and safe environment to learn.
