I’ve recently returned home from travelling and keen to progress in a new role. I have gained several years of knowledge in customer service and administration. I’ve developed communication skills both over the phone and face to face and have a lot of experience gaining and growing customer relationships. I have excellent organisation skills, efficiency in problem solving, the ability to work under pressure and I am able to work as an individual and in a team. I have a gap in my employment history between May 2016 – February 2017 and between April 2019 – January 2021 due to travelling.
