Develop and manage the implementation of company’s ID&E strategic plan. Monitor, track, and report strategic plan progress. Identify best practices in diversity, inclusion and human equity programs and facilitate the adoption and implementation of best practices to enhance hiring, career development, career advancement and retention. Develop, guide and partner with Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) as a platform for employee engagement and advancement of business objectives. Engage with Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors and ID&E Advisory Council on ID&E challenges and successes.
