* Responsible for the creation of closing documentation including initial closing disclosure, change of circumstance closing disclosures, and all documents within the closing package. * Engaged with both internal and external professional contacts and/or customers to ensure on time delivery of loan documentation with complete accuracy. * Proactively prepare files for anticipated closing dates and review files for exactness prior to drawing closing documents.* Responsible for balancing the final loan figures and wire amount with title, escrow, and closing companies prior to the delivery of documents. * Work directly with these contacts to ensure accuracy of the initial closing disclosure to minimize tolerance cures. * If appropriate, prepare and disclosure change of circumstance closing disclosure as needed throughout the loan process. * Ensure all closing disclosures and closing documents comply with regulatory, agency, and investor requirements including TRID, state specific, and loan program requirements. * Assist post closing and funder, as needed, to resolve all post closing issues within the shortest timeline possible.(Key skills for this position include: communication, both written and verbal, organization, teamwork, time management, analysis, issue resolution and knowledge of regulatory, agency, and investor requirements)

* Review, communicate, collect and update conventional and government mortgage loan files after initial application with Loan Originator. * Review all loan files for adherence to bank and secondary market guidelines while also ensuring RESPA, TILA, TRID, and HMDA regulations are followed for loan originated in all 50 U.S. States (vast experience in the states of Missouri, Kansas, Hawaii, Virginia, Texas, and Florida)* Communicate often and clearly with loan originatos, underwriters, borrowers, real estate agents, and title/closing company contacts ensuring loan processing deadlines and customer service needs are met.* Collect 3rd party verifications, property and real estate tax processing, proof of hazard insurance (including HO-6 and Condo Master Policies), Title Commitment, Underwriting conditions and AUS (LP/DU) requirements.* Update Encompass to reflect correct lock registration, complete and accurate 1003, and resolution of all fails, warnings or alerts through MAVENT review of file.* Prepare, correspond, manage, and provide services in preparedness and execution of closing package.* Prepare Initial Closing Disclosure to ensure borrowers receive at least 3 business days before loan consumation and ultimately preparing a reconciled final Closing Disclosure and loan package to title/closing company that is TRID compliant.* Correspond with all parties for a seamless closing experience.* Manage calendar to ensure strict adherence to required timeline structures for document disclosure and change in circumstances outlined TILA-RESPA rules* Provide an error-free loan package to post-closing to be submitted for purchase by investor.

* Oversee daily branch operations to assure adherence, efficiency, and accuracy of account transactions, account maintenance and administration, and customer service. * Establishing, coaching, and monitoring of sales goals for retail products (Checking, Savings, CDs). * Lead team through coaching and motivation. * Support sales of mortgage loans, annuities, and mutual funds by promoting referrals and developing sales methods. * Develop and monitor the branch's strategic plan in customer experience and ensure the plan is being followed. * Utilize experience and judgment to make sound business decisions. * Evaluate, prepare, and monitor budget and costs. * Confirm completion of all audit procedures (daily, monthly, quarterly, annually). * Actively participate and educate in bank policies and procedures related to all aspects of compliance.

* Processing mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional) efficiently and accurately with strict adherence to policies and procedures.* Knowledge of required loan documentation, its purpose and the ability to recognize and properly handle exceptions, omissions, and other items that effect the security of the bank's collateral. * Conduct a review of loan files for completeness and update core system as needed.* Ensure all documentation necessary to obtain a loan approval has been received, reviewed, and updated in core system.* Effectively communicate with all parties and levels of professionals including originator, underwriter, closer, borrower, attorney, title companies, appraisers, and surveyors.

* Process, underwrite, and prepare closing documents of Installment loans, HELOC, and Share Loans. * Ensure strict adherence to Consumer Lending Policies and Procedures as approved by the Board of Directors. * Maintain monthly reports of Consumer Lending applications and closings to be reviewed by the Board of Directors.

* Remodeled Personal Banker training program and composed position manual, in addition to, delivering and overseeing training of all new Personal Bankers. * Coordinated with managers for new employee training, assessment, and identification of development needs.
