In my role, I was the first point of contact for our new clients' and made sure their account setup process was seamless. Additionally, I helped to onboard and train new PSS staff members on our techniques to bring the best quality customer service to our clientele.

As the main point of contact at the front desk, I provided top-notch assistance to clients and walk-ins at our location. I was responsible for greeting and handling payroll pickups for all our of clients. Also, I carefully entered vital data for clients (payroll, new hires, etc.), Additionally, I managed credit card processing and cash flow for on-site clients to make payments as convenient as possible.
